Returns

  1. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Customers can contact customer service via email (Team @sugarstitch.com) Text (409-250-0726) or phone (409-250-0726) to request an RA number.
  3. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
  4. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  5. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in new condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  6. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  7. Refunds in the form of a store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received, inspected, and processed.
  8. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% to cover processing and handling costs.
  9. Damaged or defective items may be returned for a full refund or exchange without a restocking fee, with proof of damage provided.
  10. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue or error on our behalf.
  11. Clearance, Power Buys or Buy in Bulk promo items are all sales final. No returns will be accepted.
