Shipping

Orders are processed the following business day from when the order was placed. Most orders ship out 3-7 business days after ordered. Personalized orders ship out in an additional 3-5 business days during non peak season, and 5-10 additional business days in peak season. Peak Season is typically February, March, and July through December.  These times are only an estimate.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 12-24 hours for the carrier to process the package, as it must be scanned at the local terminal before you are able to follow the shipment.

We currently use two carriers, UPS and USPS. Most Wholesale orders ship with UPS due to the size and weight of the packaging. 

At the current time we can not use your shipping number, only ours.

Rush Shipping is offered, Next Day, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select.  These methods are quoted using published rates since we do not have exact weight and dimensions of the package. Please note, using Rush shipping does not change the processing time mentioned above. If you would like to rush the processing time, we accept three of these a day and the fee is an additional $25.00 per $100 value of the order in addition to the shipping fee. To give an example if your order value is $300.00 the Processing Rush Fee would be $75.00 Plus shipping fees. This service will get your order out of our warehouses in 1-2 Business days. 

It is important to note, UPS expedited shipping methods do NOT cover Saturday Deliveries unless you request this. 

Spilt Shipping dates will be handled as two shipment fees and the minimum order value must be met with each portion. If promotions are being offered at a show, for instance free shipping for orders over $200.00, each split shipment must meet this threshold to get the promotion.

Additional fees may be applied as assessed by the carrier. A good example of this is Holiday surcharges. We only apply the exact fee that we are charged during this period.

Some of the benefits include view all the details for you shipments, Receive Delivery Alerts and photos, change the delivery date or location, Tell the driver where to leave your package and view the estimated time for delivery, just to name a few. With the issue of theft this is a free service that lets you have peace of mind.
