Returns
- To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Customers can contact customer service via email (Team @sugarstitch.com) Text (409-250-0726) or phone (409-250-0726) to request an RA number.
- The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
- Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in new condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Refunds in the form of a store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received, inspected, and processed.
- Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% to cover processing and handling costs.
- Damaged or defective items may be returned for a full refund or exchange without a restocking fee, with proof of damage provided.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue or error on our behalf.
- Clearance, Power Buys or Buy in Bulk promo items are all sales final. No returns will be accepted.
